Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 20, 2025, Digital Brands Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has submitted an application to list its common stock on a national securities exchange. The successful listing of the Company’s common shares is subject to the approval of the listing application by the national securities exchange and the satisfaction of all applicable listing criteria and requirements. No assurance can be given that the listing application will be approved or that such listing will be completed.
The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in any website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
