Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 1, 2025 , DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release and detailed presentation announcing its financial position as of March 31, 2025 and its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
