2. The reported shares of the Issuer are directly held by 1000396766 Ontario Inc. ("Ontario Inc."), an entity over which the Reporting Person retains sole investment and voting control. The common shares of Ontario Inc. are held by the Ashe Trust, a trust of which the Reporting Person and his spouse are trustees and the Reporting Person, his spouse and his children are beneficiaries.
