1. On June 3, 2025, the reporting person's 73,892 restricted stock units, which were granted on June 14, 2024, vested, and the reporting person received 73,892 shares of common stock.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock or its cash equivalent, as determined at the time of settlement by WTI.

3. The restricted stock units will vest on the earlier of June 3, 2026, or the date of WTI's next annual shareholder meeting, subject to certain conditions.
