Although RSU's granted under the Plan generally require a minimum of one year to vest, the RSU's disclosed on this Form 4 will vest on January 1, 2025, as allowed for under the Plan's exception for allowing up to 5% of the aggregate number of common shares that may be delivered pursuant to awards granted under the Plan to have a vesting period of less than one year. |
