1. On May 21, 2025, the reporting person received 8,396 restricted stock units under the Issuer's 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units will vest on the earlier of (i) the day immediately preceding the Company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders and (ii) the first anniversary of the date of the grant.
