Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares represent the Class A Common Stock that the Reporting Person elected to receive in lieu of cash compensation under the Issuer's Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy for the quarter ended April 30, 2025. The number of shares of Class A Common Stock received in lieu of cash was calculated based on the closing price of a share of Class A Common Stock on April 30, 2025.

2. Reflects an exempt transfer of 236,921 shares held by Matthew Cohler's family trust to Matthew Cohler's second irrevocable trust entity.

5. Represents the grant of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement. 100% of the RSUs will vest on the earlier of June 17, 2025 or the day of the next annual meeting of the stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through such date. Pursuant to the Issuer's Directors' Deferred Compensation Plan, the Reporting Person elected to defer the receipt of such RSUs to a future date in accordance with the terms of such plan and the Reporting Person's plan election.

6. Each share is represented by a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement. 100% of the RSUs vested on June 12, 2023. Vested RSUs will settle into shares of Class A Common Stock on the earlier to occur of (i) June 12, 2025 and (ii) a change in control.
