Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person was granted restricted share units in connection with her service as a Trustee. The restricted share units, which will vest on the first anniversary of the grant date, are to be settled in an equal number of shares of beneficial interest upon vesting.

2. The reported amount consists of 15,455 restricted stock units and 6,547 Common Shares of beneficial interest. The restricted share units are to be settled in an equal number of Common Shares of beneficial interest upon vesting.
