On May 8, 2026, the reporting person was awarded 5,135 shares of restricted stock with respect to the reporting person's service as a director of the Issuer until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, at which time the reporting person's award will vest, conditioned on the reporting person's continued service through the vesting date.
