Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 4 is being filed simply to report the settlement of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") into shares of Class A common stock upon vesting of such RSUs. Accordingly, the shares underlying the RSUs are being moved from Table II to Table I.

2. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of Class A common stock.

3. These RSUs vested in 50% increments on each of the two-year and three-year anniversary of the July 19, 2021 grant date, subject to the recipient's continued service.
