1. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from a high of $0.498 and a low of $0.45 on January 8, 2024. The price reported reflects the weighted average sale price. The reporting person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected. $0.46556.

2. This Form 4 reflects the net amount sold after the repurchase of 178,212 ordinary shares by the reporting person on January 10, 2025 to reflect the incorrect number of shares of the reporting person's shares, as the broker had inadvertently oversold the number of shares on January 8, 2024 at the weighted average purchase price of $0.4499 in multiple trades with a high purchase price of $0.4499 and a low purchase price of $0.4459.
