The Reporting Person was granted an award of 6,334 restricted stock units on May 20, 2026 which will vest upon the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the grant date or (ii) the day of the next annual general meeting of Dole plc (the "Company"), provided the Reporting Person remains in continuous employment or service of the Company and / or its affiliates.
