Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 5,888 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Landsea Homes Corporation 2020 Stock Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share. The RSUs will vest on the earlier to occur of (i) the first anniversary of the grant date, or (ii) the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders, in each case, so long as the Reporting Person remains continuously providing services to the Issuer or its subsidiaries through such vesting date.
