Explanation of Responses:

1. Disposed of pursuant to the merger agreement among Issuer, Drilling Tools International Corporation ("DTI"), DTI Merger Sub I, Inc., and DTI Merger Sub II, LLC (the "Merger Agreement") in exchange for a combination of DTI stock and cash in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement.

2. These options were cancelled in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement for no consideration.
