Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 3,049 Class A Common Stock pursuant to the Company's equity incentive plan. The newly acquired restricted stock units vest on June 18, 2026 and will be settled at that time by issuing shares.

2. Represents the surrender of shares to the company in exchange for cash to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability with respect to the settlement of 2024 RSUs.
