1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Cognex Corporation common stock.

2. The restricted stock units vest 100% on the first anniversary of the grant date (February 20, 2024).

3. The restricted stock units vest approximately 20%, 30%, and 50% on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant date (February 22, 2022), respectively.

4. The restricted stock units vest approximately 20%, 30%, and 50% on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant date (February 21, 2023), respectively.
