Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares of restricted stock issued pursuant to the Wellgistics Health, Inc. Amended and Restated 2023 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares shall fully vest solely on the basis of the passage of time, with 66,000 shares vesting immediately, 67,000 shares vesting on March 4, 2026, and 67,000 shares vesting on March 4, 2027.
