SAN FRANCISCO, May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Docusign (NASDAQ:DOCU), a leading provider of intelligent agreement management solutions, today announced that its Docusign CLM Connector for Coupa is now available in the Coupa App Marketplace, following previous availability in the Docusign App Center. Certified by Coupa, this integration provides businesses with pre-built solutions for their contracting needs by integrating Docusign CLM with the Coupa Total Spend Management platform.

    Docusign CLM Connector for Coupa

With the Docusign CLM Connector for Coupa, procurement teams can collaborate seamlessly with legal and other departments for quick contract creation and signature through Docusign CLM. The Docusign CLM repository also delivers a single source of truth for all completed contracts across the business.

"By integrating Docusign CLM into the Coupa Total Spend Management platform, we're giving our customers a fast and streamlined procurement contracting experience that minimizes errors and increases visibility," said Dmitri Krakovsky, Chief Product Officer at Docusign. "We're excited to be a part of the Coupa App Marketplace and look forward to working together with Coupa to transform the future of intelligent agreement management, not just in procurement but also across legal, sales, and other teams across the organization."

How Docusign CLM Connector works with Coupa

Procurement teams can submit purchase requests in Coupa, which automatically generates contracts in Docusign CLM. The contracts are pre-populated with data from the Coupa requisition and ready for negotiation, approval, and signature. Coupa contracts can also be automatically created using data from CLM agreements. After completion, relevant agreement details and links to signed agreements are seamlessly passed back between Coupa and CLM, giving Procurement teams instant visibility and access to the agreed upon terms and obligations.

This seamless automation across contracting workflows saves time by streamlining negotiation, approval, and signature across all teams involved. It also reduces errors by minimizing manual work, such as data entry – ensuring that data is never entered twice – and also improves transparency for all stakeholders across procurement contracting.

"Procurement and the teams they work with are increasingly being asked to do more with less, and to create more value for the organization. Innovative new workflow tools that deliver automation, increase capacity, and increase productivity are more critical now than ever," said Rajiv Ramachandran, SVP of Product Management and Chief Product Officer at Coupa. "We're proud to have Docusign on the Coupa App Marketplace to give our customers additional contract management capabilities, not only for procurement, but for the entire enterprise."

As a certified Coupa App Marketplace solution, the Docusign CLM Connector for Coupa meets the requirements established by Coupa through its App Marketplace Partner Program. The program enables software partners to build complementary solutions that easily connect into the Coupa platform. Customers benefit by extending the capabilities of their spend management platform and solve unique business challenges, while reducing the cost of third-party software integrations.
