Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Dole plc (the “Company”) is a foreign private issuer that prepares its definitive proxy statement, as required, in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The Company currently continues to voluntarily file its periodic and current reports on U.S. domestic issuer forms. On or about April 7, 2026, the Company will distribute its definitive proxy statement to shareholders for an annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on May 20, 2026. A copy of the definitive proxy statement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
