Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously announced, Dollar Tree, Inc. (the “Company”) will host an Investor Conference at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York, New York, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. In connection with the Investor Conference, the Company issued a press release on October 15, 2025 which, among other things, provides further details about the event and the information that will be presented and re-affirms the Company’s outlook for the third quarter and fiscal 2025. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
