The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 28, 2021, we issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors declared a semi-annual cash dividend on both classes of common stock of $.04 per share. The dividend is payable on June 10, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2021. A copy of our press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
