Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 11, 2025, Dropbox, Inc. announced that Eric Cox plans to step down as Chief Customer Officer. Mr. Cox will remain in his current role for a period of time to help with the transition and then will continue as a non-executive employee through mid-August.
