On May 6, 2021, Dropbox, Inc. (“Dropbox” or the "Company") issued a press release and will hold a conference call announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
