(NYSE:DSS) today announced that it has withdrawn its previously filed Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. After careful review of current market conditions and deal terms, management and the Board of Directors concluded that proceeding with the offering at this time would not reflect the value DSS believes it is building for shareholders.

DSS remains well-positioned to access the capital markets and is committed to doing so at a time and on terms that are most conducive to the Company's strategic plan and that appropriately reflect the value of its business. The Company will continue to evaluate financing alternatives and capital markets opportunities as conditions develop.
