On January 5, 2023, FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) reported that its 2023 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on May 31, 2023. Holders of the Company’s Class A and Class B common stock at the close of business on April 6, 2023, the record date, will be entitled to receive notice of and vote their shares at the 2023 annual meeting.
