Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 24, 2024, DUET Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) caused to be deposited $40,000 into the Company’s trust account, allowing the Company to extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month from April 24, 2024 to May 24, 2024 (the “April Extension”). The Company had previously caused to be deposited $40,000 into the Company’s trust account, extending the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination from March 24, 2024 to April 24, 2024 (the “March Extension”). The March Extension and April Extension are permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
