On May 9, 2024, Dynatronics Corporation ("Company") issued a press release reporting, among other things, financial results relating to the quarter ended March 31, 2024. Also, as previously announced by a press release issued on April 25, 2024, on May 9, 2024, the Company held a conference call in which executives of the Company reviewed the fiscal 2024 third quarter results.
