On February 6, 2025 , EastGroup Properties, Inc. (the "Company") furnished the following documents: (i) a press release relating to its results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 and related matters; and (ii) quarterly supplemental financial information for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2024.
