         On November 20, 2025, ECD Automotive Design, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the Third Quarter 2025 (the “November 20^th Release”).  A copy of the November 20^th Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
