On October 30, 2025, Edible Garden AG Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the New Jersey Economic Development Authority has preliminarily approved the Company’s application under the Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer Program for State Fiscal Year 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
