Resignation of Senior Vice President and General Counsel

On October 18, 2021, W.H. Baird Garrett provided Elastic N.V. (the “Company”) with notice of his intent to resign from his position as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company, effective as of December 10, 2021. Mr. Garrett’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company or its board of directors, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company has commenced a search process to identify Mr. Garrett’s successor.
