Item 8.01			Other Events.

On January 20, 2022, Elevate Credit, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Consent Judgment and Order (the "Consent Order") with the Attorney General of the District of Columbia (the "District") resolving all matters in dispute related to the previously filed action against the Company by the District (the "Complaint").

The Company denies that it has violated any law or engaged in any deceptive or unfair practices as alleged in the Complaint and entered into the Consent Order to avoid the potential expense of further litigation. As part of the Consent Order, Elevate has agreed to not engage in certain business activities in the District of Columbia, provide refunds to certain affected District of Columbia consumers, which is estimated to be between $3.3 and $3.4 million, and pay $450 thousand to the District of Columbia.
