Section 5 - Corporate Governance and Management

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 11, 2025, Lori A. Brown, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer (“CLO”) of Employers Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her intention to retire from the Company on January 9, 2026.

The Company will initiate a nationwide search for Ms. Brown’s successor. Ms. Brown will continue to serve as the Company’s CLO until the effective date of the appointment of her successor. Following the appointment of Ms. Brown’s successor and to support the successful transfer of responsibilities, Ms. Brown is expected to serve as a senior advisor to the Company for a transition period until her retirement.
