On March 26, 2025, EnerSys separated employment with Joern Tinnemeyer, EnerSys’ Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 26, 2025, EnerSys appointed Mark Matthews, EnerSys’ President, Specialty Global, to serve as Acting Chief Technology Officer in addition to his other responsibilities.
