Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 10, 2021, Entergy Mississippi, LLC (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement for the sale of $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its First Mortgage Bonds, 2.55% Series due December 1, 2033 (the “Bonds”). The sale of the Bonds closed on November 16, 2021. The Bonds were offered pursuant to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-233403-03), which became effective upon filing.
