Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers

On January 21, 2022, Enzo Biochem, Inc (the “Company”) delivered to Elazar Rabbani a notice of termination of his employment. Such termination will be effective April 21, 2022, which is 90 days from the date of such notice. Dr. Rabbani remains a director of the Company.
