Departure of current Chief Commercial Officer
On April 4, 2025, Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Eric Warren was stepping down from his position as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company, effective as of April 18, 2025. Mr. Warren’s decision did not result from a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
