On October 29, 2025, Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (“Ethan Allen” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal 2026 first quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
