On January 29, 2025, Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (“Ethan Allen” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal 2025 second quarter ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
