Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 5, 2025, Vivek Sagi, Chief Technology Officer of Eventbrite, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective May 16, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), to accept another executive position outside the Company. Mr. Sagi is expected to remain in his current position to assist with the transition of his responsibilities through the Effective Date.
