Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

At a meeting with investors on June 15, 2023, a company spokesperson of Eventbrite, Inc. (the "Company") disclosed that the combined revenue from the Company's Boost and Ads products is at an $11 million annualized run rate.

This Form 8-K is being furnished solely to satisfy the requirements of Regulation FD.
