On July 14, 2022, EVgo Inc. issued a press release announcing a new agreement with General Motors and Pilot Company to deploy electric vehicle charging infrastructure at Pilot Flying J locations across 43 U.S. states. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
