Each Restricted Stock Unit ('RSU') represents the right to receive one share of SpartanNash common stock. 10,068 RSUs were granted on March 5, 2024, and one third (1/3) of these RSUs vest on each of March 15, 2025, March 1, 2026, and March 1, 2027. On March 15, 2025, the reporting person's RSUs were settled and converted entirely to SpartanNash common stock.
2. These shares were withheld by SpartanNash Company to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the RSU vesting.
