1. Option to buy Ovintiv Inc. common stock with tandem stock appreciation right. Each Stock Option is the economic equivalent of one share of Ovintiv Inc. common stock.

2. The Stock Options were awarded in Canadian dollars at a price of CAD$47.70 per Stock Option. The price has been converted to U.S. dollars using the Bank of Canada exchange rate on the transaction date.

3. The Stock Options were awarded in Canadian dollars at a price of CAD$45.05 per Stock Option. The price has been converted to U.S. dollars using the Bank of Canada exchange rate on the transaction date.

4. The shares of Ovintiv Inc. common stock were sold in Canadian dollars at a price of CAD$57.46 per share. The price has been converted to U.S. dollars using the Bank of Canada exchange rate on the transaction date.
