1. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $73.32 to $73.38. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. 2. The non-qualified stock options vest in equal increments on the first three anniversaries of the grant date. The date shown in Table II is the first anniversary of the grant date.
