On February 22, 2022, Ms. Wonya Y. Lucas, a director of The E.W. Scripps Company ("Scripps") since 2019, informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") that she will not stand for re-election to the Board at Scripps' 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
