On May 9, 2024, we released information regarding results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

We have elected to defer payment of the preferred stock dividend for the second quarter and expect to defer these dividend payments for the remainder of 2024.
