Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 1, 2022, the Company awarded 202 restricted share units under the Company's stock plan, vesting in 3-year increments. Pursuant to Form 4 filed on June 3, 2025, 6 of the unvested restricted share units were forfeited, leaving a total of 62 unvested restricted stock units. On June 13, 2025, the 62 restricted share units vested in accordance with the terms of the applicable award agreements, and 19 of those restricted share units were withheld to cover withholding taxes due upon vesting.

2. Price reflects value of shares at close of the market on June 1, 2026, the date of reporting person's separation from Company.

3. On December 1, 2022, the Company awarded 752 restricted share units under the Company's stock plan, vesting in 3-year increments. Pursuant to Form 4 filed on June 3, 2025, 49 of the unvested restricted share units were forfeited, leaving a total of 202 unvested restricted stock units. On June 13, 2025, the 202 restricted share units vested in accordance with the terms of the applicable award agreements, and 60 of those restricted share units were withheld to cover withholding taxes due upon vesting.

4. Represents the number of shares attributable to the reporting person's participation in the Company Savings Plan, exempt pursuant to Rule 16b-3(c).
