2. Reflects the weighted average sale price. The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from a low of $566.10 to a high of $566.89 per share, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth with respect to this transaction and all sale transactions reported in this Form 4.

3. Reflects the weighted average sale price. The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from a low of $567.15 to a high of $568.085 per share, inclusive.
