Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 6, 2023, Exelon Corporation (“Exelon”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report the election of Bryan Segedi to the Board of Directors (“Board”) effective January 1, 2024. At the time of that filing, the Exelon Board had not yet determined which committees Mr. Segedi would be appointed to serve. This Form 8-K/A is being filed to provide this information.
On March 5, 2024, Mr. Segedi was appointed to serve on the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board, to be effective April 30, 2024.
